Eagle Nation, Inc. was formed in February 1986, the first of four buying Groups that fall under the Elite Automotive Marketing "umbrella."

The philosophy of Eagle Nation is to help the independent warehouse distributor realize the advantages of a Group while maintaining their independence. Because of our large volume, we have been successful in securing competitive Group programs. We do not require our members to change lines. Our job is to secure the best possible programs and then each member decides which ones best fit their business.

Eagle Nation, Inc. increases member profitability through participation in the Group programs we have established with the major manufacturers. Based on the combined buying power of all the distributors in Eagle Nation, Inc., we have negotiated benefits not readily available to the independent warehouse distributor. These benefits are mainly in the form of cash rebates, while other enhancements may include additional warehouse distributor discounts, quarterly specials, net pricing, lower freight requirements or extended payment terms.
